Emergency Operations Center

The City of Hobbs’ Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is the central command and control facility used in the performance of emergency preparedness, emergency management, and disaster management functions in the event of an emergency situation requiring activation.  The EOC staff collects and analyzes data, informs the public, and coordinates resources in order to make decisions needed to protect life and property while maintaining the continuity of government.

Emergency Operations Center staff includes but is not limited to:

  • Local Government Officials 

  • Law Enforcement

  • Fire/EMS

  • City Department Heads and support staff

  • Red Cross

  • Public Utilities

  • Private Resource Providers
