Comments, Compliments, or Complaints

We welcome your feedback. Problems, concerns or complaints may be addressed to the Transportation Department Program Coordinator in writing at City Hall, 200 East Broadway, Hobbs, New Mexico, 88240 or by phone at 397-9207. The Hobbs Express welcomes all passenger comments or suggestions, both negative and positive.

All written complaints received by the Transportation Department Program Coordinator will be investigated and, upon request, the passenger will be contacted regarding the solution, results, etc., of the complaint.
