City Government Public Safety Services Community Job Opportunities   397-9335     The Information Technology Department provides the technological infrastructure for automation in all departments of the City of Hobbs. The IT Department is responsible for the selection, installation and maintenance of: - Computer hardware and software systems including licensing, upgrades, security, backup and training - Wide area networking equipment and administration - Two-way radio equipment - Telecommunication equipment - Copiers, fax, voice mail equipment - Video security systems - Police and Fire Computer Aided Dispatch, Records management, 911, and crime information system equipment - Emergency alert and warning systems - Police department imaging, polygraph, video arraignment computerized fingerprinting equipment - The City of Hobbs web page   Community Bulletin Board The I.T.
