The City of Hobbs Public Transportation Department, Hobbs Express, strives to provide all citizens of the City of Hobbs with reliable, safe, and dependable transportation through the operation of a fixed route demand-response, handicapped-accessible public transportation program.  This vital program for the citizens of Hobbs is provided six days per week within the City of Hobbs and is operated by a dedicated staff who aspire to meet the needs of the community.
