City Clerk's Office City Map City Holiday Schedule Calendar of Events Grand Opening Flyer PDF Route Map The City of Hobbs Public Transportation Department, Hobbs Express, strives to provide all citizens of the City of Hobbs with reliable, safe, and dependable transportation through the operation of a fixed route demand-response, handicapped-accessible public transportation program.  This vital program for the citizens of Hobbs is provided six days per week within the City of Hobbs and is operated by a dedicated staff who aspire to meet the needs of the community. Effective 10/2/06 Demand Response $2.00 (Curb-to-curb service which requires reservation in advance by calling 397-9290) All trips are one way. Grand Opening!
