The City of Hobbs Utilities Department is dedicated to providing an adequate supply of clean, safe, and potable water to the citizens of Hobbs, New Mexico, and to provide efficient wastewater (sewer) collection and treatment facilities to remove and treat wastewater from within the City of Hobbs in accordance with the policies and guiding principles of the City of Hobbs, the Hobbs Municipal Code and all applicable State and Federal regulations and laws.
